Established in November 2019, Prime Partners Engineering, LLC (PPE) is a Minority owned and operated DC based project management and engineering consulting firm with offices in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
The firm’s team members are leaders in the industry, averaging 15 years of experience working in project management and design oversight to effectively manage capital projects from initiation to close.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Manage utility construction projects, developing project scope, timelines, specifications, and budgets
DATA ANALYSIS
Compile data on utility process units, monitoring system efficiency and energy and material usage
SOLAR INTERCONNECTION SPECIALISTS
Assist in all stages of interconnection, which includes compiling, negotiating, and obtaining interconnection agreements with utilities as needed
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Provide management of the project’s schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope, and function. We schedule and coordinate all construction processes so that projects meet design specifications
PERMIT MANAGEMENT
Supervise, coordinate and manage all operation and department permits; including applying for permits with the respective municipalities, compiling, updating and maintaining reports
TRANSMISSION ENGINEERING
Design and test systems to generate and transmit energy to customers. Delivering comprehensive transmission solutions from concept, to planning studies, permitting, civil, structural and electrical engineering
QA/QC INSPECTION SERVICES
We combined quality assurance and quality control to provide a complete quality management solution. This ensures that internal operations and procedures meet requirements.
SOLAR DEVELOPERS
We develop and deliver solar energy projects that provide reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable power solutions for utilities, municipalities, and private partners.
EV UTILITY INTERCONNECT DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We design and manage utility interconnections for EV infrastructure, supporting reliable, scalable charging solutions for public and private deployments.
