Prime Partners Engineering served as Owner’s Engineer for Baltimore Gas & Electric’s Finksburg Tap to Westminster 115 kV Underground Transmission Line Project, providing engineering, project management, and technical consulting throughout the project lifecycle.
PPE supported constructability reviews, site assessments, outage planning, permitting strategy, bid evaluations, and stakeholder coordination, while providing document control and technical oversight to help ensure successful project execution.
ESTEP Bundle #4 – East Towson Substation Expansion & Transmission Network Program
Prime Partners Engineering served as Owner’s Engineer and Substation Consultant for Baltimore Gas & Electric’s ESTEP Bundle #4 program, supporting the expansion and modernization of the East Towson Substation and associated transmission network.
PPE provided engineering oversight, design and constructability reviews, system impact evaluations, protection and control coordination, outage planning support, and project management throughout the project lifecycle. The team supported phased construction execution, equipment evaluations, permitting, and field coordination to enhance system reliability and accommodate future load growth.
